The Villanderer Alm

A very special hiking area

The Villanderer Alm is not only the second-largest mountain pasture in South Tyrol, but it also lies exactly at the geographical centre of the region. From spring to autumn, the lush green alpine meadows stretch as far as your eye can see. In summer, it is the ideal place for walking, hiking and cycling, or to have a real feast. In winter, the high pasture is transformed into a snow-covered paradise with panoramic cross-country skiing trails and countless winter hiking paths. Throughout the year, the panorama contiunes to impress visitors. The fast and easy reachable mountain pasture as well as numerous hiking destinations, which are all very well marked, together with the gastronomic delicacies and the family operated alpine huts, make your holidays particularly varied.

Nature sets the tone when hiking in Villanders. Discover this treasure and the unique 360° panoramic views of the Dolomites at your own pace!
