Our vineyards grow up to an altitude of 900 m and have reached an age of over 40 years.
It is the schistose soil and the high solar radiation that make viticulture possible at this altitude. Biodynamic processing allows the grapes to reach optimal physiological maturity. The use of biodynamic preparations, various herbal teas, careful agricultural work and diligent sowing make it a special grape, in harmony with the moon phases. In the cellar we work carefully using natural ferments. The resulting wines are left to rest for nine months in oak and steel barrels before being bottled in the summer. It is through organic farming that the environment, soil and climate are reflected in our wines.
The synergy between nature and biodynamic agriculture represents an art that reaches the highest expression of value in our lifestyle.
