Winter

Varied winter experience

Winter Safari Dolomites

Take advantage of the unique experience to enjoy your winter holiday without using your car and move with our free ski shuttle to the most beautiful ski resorts of the Dolomites.
From 20th December 2026 to 7th March 2027 our ski bus service brings you directly from your accommodation to one of these winter adventure areas: Villanderer, Feldthurner and Barbianer Alm, Gröden, Seiser Alm, Plose and Rittner Horn.

Also snowshoe hikers and winter landscape lovers can use our free shuttle service. You can join our guided winter and snowshoe hikes in the most beautiful hiking areas of the Dolomites.

The shuttle takes you free of charge from your accommodation to the winter sports and hiking areas. The return trip goes at 4.30 pm from the ski resorts (unless otherwise stated).

The winter programme "Skisafari Dolomites" is exclusively reserved for all guests staying at a member accommodation of the Tourism Association Klausen, Barbian, Feldthurns and Villanders and can be booked directly in the accomodation.

Monday:

  • Skiing or cross-country skiing* in Val Gardena/St. Christina
  • Guided snowshoe hike on the mountain pasture Villanderer Alm (return at 3:30 p.m.)

Tuesday:

  • Skiing on Gitschberg Jochtal
  • Guided winter hike on the Rittner Horn (return at 3:30 p.m.)

Wednesday:

  • Skiing or cross-country skiing* in Val Gardena/St. Christina
  • Cross-country skiing in the Villnösstal Valley (return at 3:30 p.m.)
  • Guided snowshoe hike in the Villnösstal Valley (return at 3:30 p.m.)

Thursday:

  • Skiing and tobogganing on Plose
  • Guided Snowshoe hike on Würzjoch/Passo delle Erbe

Friday:

  • Skiing or cross-country skiing* in Val Gardena/St. Christina
  • Guided snowshoe hike on the mountain pasture Feldthurner Alm (return at 3:30 p.m.)

Saturday:

  • Skiing and cross-country skiing on the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi
  • Guided snowshoe hike on the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi

Sunday:

  • Skiing or cross-country skiing* in Val Gardena/St. Christina

Val Gardena/St. Christina: possibility to get off in Ortisei to reach the Alpe di Siusi (please indicate when registering).
*Cross-country skiing: in Val Gardena starting from Selva (reachable by public bus)
