Culinary events in the region

Living culture and gastronomy closely entwined

Why do we celebrate our cuisine so much in our holiday area? Find out for yourself and search for its traces at one of our countless culinary events: Good food, the best ingredients, ancient recipes and lots of hospitality – this is what our holiday area lives for.
What starts in spring with the Eisacktal valley white wine days, continues with the “Wine Summer”. Autumn is the high point of Gassltörggelen, and the crowning conclusion takes place with Snow & Wine in winter. And in the middle? There are other events celebrating cuisine and culture.
