At the end of May, the White Wine Festival | SABIONA will take place in the picturesque city of Klausen. Also this time the festival presents these noble grapes from the vineyards among Neustift/Novacella, Klausen to the South of Eisacktal valley.
Sommeliers present the fine wines of local vintners at various tasting stations in the medieval town of Klausen. The tastings are organized by grape variety, allowing visitors to discover the diversity of the region’s top Eisack Valley wines. In addition to the wines, regional culinary specialties are also offered for enjoyment.
