Taste of spring

Spring is in the air

Spring at last! So longed for. Every day nature blooms a little more. And we with it. We feel the need to spend more time outdoors enjoying the sunshine. We want to move. Towards mystical places with healing springs, forests and waterfalls. We want to see the sun rising behind the mountains and experience when a new day begins. And to be impressed by the colours of the sunrise. Just dip our feet in the cool water of a mountain lake to regain our energies.
And, first of all, we want to enjoy. With all our senses: Relish fresh herbal dishes with a good glass of local white wine at the herbal market. Try special plates during the culinary weeks at the restaurants. Taste a great selection of white wines from Eisacktal Valley at the Festival Sabiona or at their vineyards.

And what if you were here? - Your spring in South Tyrol is waiting for you!
